These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OneTingThatMattera (the "App"), a TikTok application that provides automated content publishing and analytics for the One Thing That Matters newsletter. By connecting your TikTok account to the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

"One Thing That Matters" and "OneTingThatMattera" are trademarks used in connection with the newsletter and App. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

No warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
